Renewal Church’s strategy is an overflow from our Vision, Mission, and Values. Our ministry is focused primarily on Gatherings and Groups. Since the gospel brings the renewal of God, our strategy is distinctly gospel-centered .

Vision: Bringing God's renewal to Bell County and the World.

Mission: Renewal Church exists so that people will be made new in Jesus, grow in Jesus, and be released into the world for Jesus.

Worship Gatherings are a beautiful oscillation between revelation and response. God reveals Himself through His Word and we respond to Him with worship. Therefore, at Renewal Church, worship gatherings will be focused on the Word of God: sing the Word, read the Word, preach the Word, respond to the Word. We will celebrate God’s goodness with vibrant music and will experience His presence together as we gather to praise Him who is worthy.

Community: Context for the Mission

A Home Group is a community of 8-12 people that are on mission for Jesus together. The people in a Home Group will study the Bible, encourage one another, pray together, and actively seek to reach their lost friends. None of us can follow Jesus alone!

Growth: Result of the Mission

A discipleship group is a gender-specific group of 2-4 people that experience growth by focusing on Jesus together. Being made new in Jesus leads us to a life of continually following Him and growing to be like Him.

Serving the Church is the overflow of a heart that has tasted God’s love, mercy, and goodness. God’s reconciling work in our lives moves us to seek the good of others for His glory and not our own. Love motivates us to serve our faith family with humility, generosity, hospitality, and is empowered by a passion for the glory of God.

Serving the world is multiplying God’s Kingdom by living on mission with the goal of making God known and enjoyed. Missional living includes interacting with neighbors and coworkers, Home Groups engaging their neighborhoods with missional outreach, short-term mission trips, planting churches locally, and planting churches globally among the unreached. We have a missional calling, identity, and purpose—this is who we are—we spread the gospel for the glory of God.
